Fit Club Membership Fit Club is a complete fitness program that is designed to be adapted to your personal goals, and your personal abilities. Unlike many other fitness programs that do not adapt to the needs of each individual, Fit Club is designed to benefit each individual based on their personal needs. Once you join Fitness MD, the first thing you will experience is our amazing trainers and our supportive, energetic, and dynamic atmosphere. The Fitness MD trainers will take you through a series of assessments including: body fat testing, circumference measurements, cardiovascular testing, musclular strength & endurance testing, and a few other tests that the trainers utilize to adapt Fit Club to your personal goals. The Fitness MD trainers will then discuss your goals with you, set a plan, hold you accountable, and help you every step of the way to achieving your goal! Fitness MD has 11 different workout times to choose from starting at 500am and ending at 900pm for your convenience Monday thru Friday, 6 differnt workouts on Saturday, and group training on Sunday. You can workout with the Fitness MD trainers every day of the week as many times as you want and/or need! "I didn't even need to finish out the free trial to know that I wanted to join this gym!"
